• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any data or signals from the Platform

All content, design, code, signals, and methodologies on the Platform are the property of Upsignum and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The "Upsignum Score" and "Signum Band" methodology are proprietary to Upsignum.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upsignum shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
