Each week the engine plots a Signum Band around the EMA basis on every stock in the selected index. When price reclaims the basis from below while RSI confirms upward momentum, the stock turns green — a buy candidate. When it breaks below the basis with fading momentum it turns red — exit or avoid. Operating on the weekly timeframe filters out daily noise and keeps you aligned with the dominant trend.
